March 27, 2025: Ashburn, VA 20148 Loudoun County Captains (Leesburg, VA) backers exited the stadium pleased Thursday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the host Briar Woods Falcons (Ashburn, VA), 4-1 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Loudoun County advances its record to 5-0 on the campaign. The Captains host Lightridge (Aldie, VA) to clash with the Bolts in a non-league test on Thursday, April 3. The Bolts come into the test with a record of 1-0. Lightridge 3-3 in their recent non-league test against Loudoun Valley (Purcellville, VA)
The Falcons now have a 3-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Broad Run for a non-league test on Tuesday, April 1. Briar Woods will clash with a Spartans team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Potomac Falls (Sterling, VA). The Spartans record now stands at 3-0.
