Illinois High School Soccer - Evergreen Park knocks off Rich Township
March 27, 2025: Olympia Fields, IL 60471 The Evergreen Park Mustangs soccer squad scored 9 points and held the host Rich Township Raptors to 0 in the Mustangs non-league victory on Thursday.
The Mustangs now hold a 3-0 record. They play next when they travel to Andrew for a non-league bout on Monday, March 31. Evergreen Park will play a Thunderbolts squad coming off a 5-0 league win over Homewood-Flossmoor (Flossmoor, IL). The Thunderbolts record now stands at 5-1.
With the loss, Rich Township moves to 0-3 on the year. The Raptors travel to Oak Lawn (Oak Lawn, IL) to play the Spartans in a non-league bout on Thursday, April 3. The Spartans go into the bout with a record of 1-0. Oak Lawn won 6-1 in their recent non-league bout against Chicago Christian (Palos Heights, IL)
