Michigan High School Soccer - Hopkins knocks off Wayland
March 27, 2025: Wayland, MI 49348 Fans at Thursday's non-league battle between the Hopkins Vikings (Hopkins, MI) and the host Wayland Wildcats (Wayland, MI), saw Hopkins's soccer squad prevail over Wayland by a count of 4-0.
The Vikings (1-1) will now prepare for their battle against Hackett Catholic Prep (Kalamazoo, MI). The Fighting Irish enter the non-league battle with a 1-1 record.
Next up, the Wildcats battle the Lowell Red Arrows (Lowell, MI) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, April 1. Wayland will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record. The Red Arrows enter the battle with a 0-1 record after their 6-0 league loss to Northview (Grand Rapids, MI).
