In Thursday's non-league game, the host Merritt Island Mustangs baseball team scored a close 10-6 win over the Holy Trinity Episcopal Academy Tigers.

The Mustangs (8-4) will now prepare for their game against Satellite (Satellite Beach, FL). The Scorpions go into the non-league game with a 4-3 record. In their last game, Satellite nudged Cocoa Beach (Cocoa Beach, FL), 3-0, in a non-league game.

Next, the Tigers play the Astronaut War Eagles (Titusville, FL) in a non-league game, on Friday, March 28. Holy Trinity Episcopal Academy will attempt to improve on its 7-5 season record.
