In Thursday's non-league contest, the host East Forsyth Eagles lacrosse squad scored a tight 11-10 triumph over the Bishop McGuinness Villains.

The Eagles (3-3) will now prepare for their contest against T.C. Roberson (Asheville, NC). The Rams go into the non-league contest with a 7-0 record. In their last contest, T.C. Roberson held off St. Stephens (Hickory, NC), 11-6, in a league contest.

Next, the Villains meet the High Point Central Bison (High Point, NC) in a Mid-State/Mid Piedmont/NW Piedmont contest, on Monday, March 31. Bishop McGuinness will attempt to better on its 6-6 season record. The Bison go into the contest with a 0-6 record after their 17-0 league loss to West Stokes (King, NC).
