The crowd at Thursday's non-league bout between the Farmington Scorpions (Farmington, NM) and the visiting Tularosa Wildcats (Tularosa, NM), observed Farmington's softball team prevail over Tularosa by a tally of 11-1.

The Scorpions (8-3) will now prepare for their bout against Rio Rancho (Rio Rancho, NM). The Rams go into the 5A District 1 bout with a 8-6 record. In their last bout, Rio Rancho knocked off Valencia (Los Lunas, NM), 15-5, in a non-league bout.

In their next game, the Wildcats clash with the West Mesa Mustangs (Albuquerque, NM) in a non-league bout, on Friday, March 28. Tularosa will attempt to advance on its 2-2 season record.
