In Friday's league test, the Summit Spartans (Spring Hill, TN) lacrosse team edged the visiting Independence Eagles (Thompson's Station, TN), by a count of 7-6.

Next up, the Spartans battle the Franklin Road Academy Panthers (Nashville, TN) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, March 31. Summit will attempt to upgrade on its 3-4 season record. The Panthers go into the outing with a 3-3 record after their 19-0 league loss to Ensworth (Nashville, TN).
