California High School Lacrosse - University overwhelms Sacred Heart Cathedral Preparatory
March 28, 2022: San Francisco, CA 94109 The crowd at Monday's league challenge between the University Red Devils (San Francisco, CA) and the host Sacred Heart Cathedral Preparatory Fightin' Irish (San Francisco, CA), saw University's lacrosse team overcome Sacred Heart Cathedral Preparatory by a margin of 14-7.
The Red Devils (7-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Lick-Wilmerding (San Francisco, CA). The Tigers enter the Bay Counties challenge with a 4-1 record. In their last challenge, Lick-Wilmerding edged Sacred Heart Cathedral Preparatory (San Francisco, CA), 9-3, in a non-league challenge.
The Fightin' Irish (2-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Archbishop Mitty (San Jose, CA). The Monarchs enter the WCAL challenge with a 5-3 record. In their last challenge, Archbishop Mitty was overwhelmed by Saint Francis (Mountain View, CA), 13-7, in a league challenge.
