Virginia High School Softball - James Madison bounces Chantilly
March 28, 2023: Vienna, VA 22181 James Madison Warhawks (Vienna, VA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Chantilly Chargers (Chantilly, VA), 17-2 in a non-league challenge.
The Warhawks now own a 3-0 record. They take the field next when they host Yorktown for a non-league challenge on Thursday, March 30. James Madison will battle a Patriots squad coming off a 15-5 league win over Langley (McLean, VA). The Patriots record now stands at 3-2.
With the loss, Chantilly falls to 0-1 on the campaign. The Chargers host South Lakes (Reston, VA) to battle the Seahawks in a non-league challenge on Thursday, March 30. The Seahawks enter the challenge with a record of 3-1. South Lakes won 19-3 in their recent non-league challenge against Oakton (Vienna, VA)
