Virginia High School Lacrosse - Forest Park tipped by Gainesville
March 28, 2023: Woodbridge, VA 22193 In Tuesday's non-league test, the visiting Gainesville Cardinals lacrosse squad scored a tight 9-7 victory over the Forest Park Bruins.
The Cardinals now have a 3-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Brentsville District for a non-league test on Friday, March 31. Gainesville will face a Tigers squad coming off a 14-4 non-league win over James Monroe (Fredericksburg, VA). The Tigers record now stands at 4-1.
The Bruins (3-1) will now prepare for their match against Freedom (South Riding, VA). The Eagles go into the non-league match with a 3-2 record. In their last match, Freedom was nudged by Cheyenne Mountain (Colorado Springs, CO), 15-7, in a non-league match.
