Tennessee High School Soccer - Livingston Academy nudges Macon County
March 28, 2023: Livingston, TN 38570 Livingston Academy Wildcats (Livingston, TN) fans were thrilled Tuesday as they observed their soccer team hold off the visiting Macon County Tigers (Lafayette, TN), 2-1 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Wildcats confront the Cumberland County Jets (Crossville, TN) in a 2A District 6 challenge, on Thursday, March 30. Livingston Academy will attempt to better on its 2-2 season record. The Jets enter the challenge with a 2-1 record after their 3-2 league win over White County (Sparta, TN).
The Tigers now have a 2-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to East Robertson for a non-league challenge on Thursday, March 30. Macon County will confront a Indians team coming off a 8-2 league loss to Westmoreland (Westmoreland, TN). The Indians record now stands at 0-5.
