Wisconsin High School Softball - New Berlin Eisenhower nudges Prospect
March 28, 2023: New Berlin, WI 53151 New Berlin Eisenhower Lions (New Berlin, WI) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Prospect Knights (Mt. Prospect, IL), 3-2 in a non-league challenge.
The Lions now own a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Watkins Memorial for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, March 29. New Berlin Eisenhower will battle a Warriors squad coming off a 24-0 non-league win over Dominican (Whitefish Bay, WI). The Warriors record now stands at 2-0.
With the loss, Prospect falls to 2-2 on the campaign. The Knights travel to South Elgin (South Elgin, IL) to battle the Storm in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, April 4. The Storm enter the challenge with a record of 4-2.
