Louisiana High School Baseball - Delhi loses to Delhi Charter
March 28, 2024: Delhi, LA 71232 The Delhi Charter Gators crushed the visiting Delhi Bears baseball team by a tally of 24-0 in Thursday's league bout.
The Gators now hold a 15-4 record. They take the field next when they host Calvin for a non-league bout on Saturday, March 30. Delhi Charter will face a Cougars team coming off a 9-7 league win over Dodson (Dodson, LA). The Cougars record now stands at 7-6.
Next, the Bears face the Block Bears (Jonesville, LA) in a 1A District 4 bout, on Tuesday, April 2. Delhi will attempt to advance on its 1-2 season record. The Bears enter the bout with a 8-9 record after their 13-12 non-league loss to Peabody (Alexandria, LA).
