March 28, 2024: Rantoul, IL 61866 The Rantoul Eagles (Rantoul, IL) softball the visiting Armstrong Trojans (Armstrong, IL), 4-2 in Thursday's non-league bout.
The Eagles (3-4) will now prepare for their bout against Stillman Valley (Stillman Valley, IL). The Cardinals go into the non-league bout with a 6-2 record. In their last bout, Stillman Valley held off Champaign Central (Champaign, IL), 8-2, in a non-league bout.
The Trojans now possess a 3-1 record. They play next when they travel to Westville for a non-league bout on Friday, March 29. Armstrong will confront a Tigers squad coming off a 5-1 non-league win over Centennial (Champaign, IL). The Tigers record now stands at 8-1.
