Arkansas High School Softball - Benton bounces Bradley
March 28, 2024: Benton, AR 72015 Benton Panthers (Benton, AR) backers exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Bradley Bears (Bradley, AR), 11-1 in a non-league challenge.
The Panthers now own a 6-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Gravette for a non-league challenge on Saturday, March 30. Benton will face a Lions squad coming off a 12-11 league loss to Gentry (Gentry, AR). The Lions record now stands at 6-3.
With the loss, Bradley falls to 5-5 on the campaign. The Bears host Bearden (Bearden, AR) to face the Bears in a 1A Region 8 challenge on Friday, March 29. The Bears enter the challenge with a record of 3-2. Bearden lost 14-8 in their recent league challenge against Emerson (Emerson, AR)
