March 28, 2024: Rosendale, WI 54974 Fall Creek Crickets (Fall Creek, WI) backers exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Laconia Spartans (Rosendale, WI), 8-3 in a non-league challenge.
The Crickets now own a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they host Neillsville/Granton for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, April 2. Fall Creek will face a Warriors squad coming off a 17-4 non-league loss to Nekoosa (Nekoosa, WI). The Warriors record now stands at 0-1.
With the loss, Laconia falls to 0-1 on the campaign. The Spartans host St. Mary's Springs (Fond du Lac, WI) to face the Ledgers in a Flyway challenge on Tuesday, April 2. The Ledgers enter the challenge with a record of 0-0.
