The Burke Bulldogs baseball squad (Omaha, NE), was overwhelmed 14-2 in Friday's non-league contest with the visiting Adams Central Patriots (Hastings, NE)

With the triumph, Adams Central moves its record to 4-3 on the season. The Patriots travel to Gretna East (Gretna, NE) to confront the Griffins in a non-league contest on Friday, March 28. The Griffins come into the contest with a record of 2-1. Gretna East lost 5-0 in their recent non-league contest against Pius X (Lincoln, NE)

The Bulldogs now possess a 1-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Crete for a non-league contest on Saturday, March 29. Burke will confront a Cardinals squad coming off a 11-5 non-league loss to Fremont (Fremont, NE). The Cardinals record now stands at 5-3.
