The Bishop Union Broncos (Bishop, CA) baseball trounced the host North Stars (Bakersfield, CA), 9-1 in Friday's non-league challenge.

The Broncos now own a 5-2 record. They take the field next when they host East Bakersfield for a non-league challenge on Saturday, March 29. Bishop Union will clash with a Blades team coming off a 19-4 non-league win over Del Oro (Bakersfield, CA). The Blades record now stands at 6-5.

With the defeat, North drops to 5-9 on the year. The Stars travel to Shafter (Shafter, CA) to clash with the Generals in a non-league challenge on Saturday, March 29.
