March 28, 2025: Huntsville, MO 65259 The Brunswick Wildcats baseball team scored 3 runs and held the host Westran Hornets to 2 in the Wildcats non-league win on Friday.
The Wildcats now hold a 2-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Salisbury for a non-league test on Tuesday, April 1. Brunswick will play a Panthers team coming off a 9-1 non-league loss to New Bloomfield (New Bloomfield, MO). The Panthers record now stands at 2-1.
With the defeat, Westran drops to 5-1 on the year. The Hornets travel to Macon (Macon, MO) to play the Tigers in a non-league test on Tuesday, April 1. The Tigers go into the test with a record of 4-4. Macon lost 5-4 in their recent league test against Chillicothe (Chillicothe, MO)
