The Tuscaloosa Academy Knights baseball team scored 8 runs and held the host Fayette County Tigers to 5 in the Knights non-league win on Friday.

The Knights now hold a 6-16 record. They take the field next when they travel to Isabella for a non-league test on Monday, March 31. Tuscaloosa Academy will play a Mustangs team coming off a 16-1 non-league win over Dallas County (Plantersville, AL). The Mustangs record now stands at 8-5.

With the defeat, Fayette County drops to 8-14 on the year. The Tigers host Sulligent (Sulligent, AL) to play the Blue Devils in a non-league test on Monday, March 31. The Blue Devils go into the test with a record of 3-11.
