Pleasure Ridge Park Panthers (Louisville, KY) fans left the game pleased Friday as they observed their baseball squad achieve victory over the host Somerset Briar Jumpers (Somerset, KY), 9-2 in a non-league battle.

The Panthers (9-0) will now prepare for their battle against St. Stanislaus (Bay St. Louis, MS). The Rock-a-Chaws enter the non-league battle with a 13-7 record. In their last battle, St. Stanislaus held off Tylertown (Tylertown, MS), 10-0, in a league battle.

Next, the Briar Jumpers face the Trinity Shamrocks (Louisville, KY) in a non-league battle, on Sunday, March 30. Somerset will attempt to upgrade on its 3-5 season record. The Shamrocks enter the battle with a 6-1 record after their 7-0 non-league win over Male (Louisville, KY).
