Green Valley Gators (Henderson, NV) boosters left the game satisfied Friday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Apollo Hawks (Glendale, AZ), 2-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Green Valley improves its record to 7-16 on the season. The Gators travel to Cheyenne (North Las Vegas, NV) to face the Desert Shields in a 5A - Desert test on Monday, March 31. The Desert Shields go into the test with a record of 0-12. Cheyenne lost 3-0 in their recent non-league test against Somerset Sky Pointe (Las Vegas, NV)

The Hawks now own a 5-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Canyon View for a non-league test on Friday, March 28. Apollo will face a Jaguars squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Salpointe Catholic (Tucson, AZ). The Jaguars record now stands at 2-8.
