California High School Volleyball - Sanger over Leland

Fans at Friday's non-league contest between the Sanger Apaches (Sanger, CA) and the host Leland Chargers (San Jose, CA), observed Sanger's volleyball team top Leland by a tally of 2-0.

The Apaches (16-5) will now prepare for their contest against Wilcox (Santa Clara, CA). The Chargers enter the non-league contest with a 7-3 record. In their last contest, Wilcox beat Saratoga (Saratoga, CA), 3-0, in a league contest.

Next, the Chargers meet the Evergreen Valley Cougars (San Jose, CA) in a BVAL - Mt. Hamilton contest, on Tuesday, April 1. Leland will attempt to upgrade on its 5-11 season record. The Cougars enter the contest with a 7-4 record after their 3-2 league loss to Del Mar (San Jose, CA).
