North Carolina High School Lacrosse - Marvin Ridge overwhelms Providence
March 28, 2025: Charlotte, NC 28270 The Marvin Ridge Mavericks lacrosse squad scored 12 points and limited the host Providence Panthers to 1 in the Mavericks non-league triumph on Friday.
The Mavericks now hold a 6-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Cuthbertson for a non-league challenge on Monday, March 31. Marvin Ridge will clash with a Cavaliers squad coming off a 9-4 non-league loss to Charlotte Latin (Charlotte, NC). The Cavaliers record now stands at 1-3.
With the loss, Providence falls to 0-3 on the year. The Panthers travel to Hough (Cornelius, NC) to clash with the Huskies in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, April 2. The Huskies go into the challenge with a record of 0-3. Hough lost 13-6 in their recent non-league challenge against Charlotte Catholic (Charlotte, NC)
