Arkansas High School Baseball - Dover edges Malvern
March 28, 2026: Malvern, AR 72104 The Dover Pirates baseball team scored 14 runs and held the host Malvern Leopards to 11 in the Pirates non-league win on Saturday.
The Pirates now own a 10-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Glen Rose for a 3A Region 5 test on Tuesday, March 31.
With the defeat, Malvern drops to 6-6 on the year. The Leopards travel to Fountain Lake (Hot Springs National Park, AR) to encounter the Cobras in a 4A Region 5 South bout on Tuesday, March 31. The Cobras enter the bout with a record of 5-2. Fountain Lake lost 3-2 in their recent non-league bout against Magnet Cove (Malvern, AR)
