In Saturday's non-league game, the host Moody Blue Devils baseball team scored a nice 14-4 victory over the Minor Tigers.

The Blue Devils (14-4) will now prepare for their game against St. Clair County (Odenville, AL). The Fighting Saints enter the 5A Area 11 game with a 7-12 record. In their last match, St. Clair County was overwhelmed by Spain Park (Hoover, AL), 14-3, in a non-league match.

The Tigers now possess a 5-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Parker for a 6A Area 9 match on Tuesday, March 31. Minor will confront a Thundering Herd squad coming off a 15-2 non-league loss to Reavis (Burbank, IL). The Thundering Herd record now stands at 12-7.
