The Panthers now hold a 3-2 record. They take the field next when they host Saltillo for a non-league outing on Friday, April 1. Alba-Golden will face a Lions team coming off a 14-0 non-league win over Harts Bluff (Mt. Pleasant, TX). The Lions record now stands at 5-5.
Next, the Bears face the Como-Pickton Eagles (Como, TX) in a 2A Region III District 18 outing, on Friday, April 1. Sulphur Bluff will attempt to advance on its 6-5 season record. The Eagles enter the outing with a 2-3 record after their 4-1 league win over Miller Grove (Cumby, TX).
