Georgia High School Soccer - Lakeview Academy knocks off Dawson County
March 29, 2022: Gainesville, GA 30501 Lakeview Academy Lions (Gainesville, GA) fans were pleased Tuesday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Dawson County Tigers (Dawsonville, GA), 10-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Lions confront the Gainesville Red Elephants (Gainesville, GA) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, March 31. Lakeview Academy will attempt to better on its 10-3 season record. The Red Elephants enter the challenge with a 1-11 record after their 8-0 non-league loss to Forsyth Central (Cumming, GA).
The Tigers now have a 4-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Cherokee Bluff for a AAA Region 7 challenge on Friday, April 1. Dawson County will confront a Bears team coming off a 4-1 league win over White County (Cleveland, GA). The Bears record now stands at 13-3.
