California High School Softball - Folsom nudges St. Francis

The crowd at Tuesday's non-league match between the Folsom Bulldogs (Folsom, CA) and the visiting St. Francis Troubadours (Sacramento, CA), saw Folsom's softball squad nip St. Francis by a count of 6-5.

The Bulldogs now sport a 3-3 record. They take the field next when they host Rocklin for a match on Friday, April 1. Folsom will face a Thunder squad coming off a 9-8 league loss to Whitney (Rocklin, CA). The Thunder record now stands at 6-5.

With the loss, St. Francis falls to 6-1 on the campaign. The Troubadours travel to Davis (Davis, CA) to face the Blue Devils in a match on Thursday, March 31. The Blue Devils enter the match with a record of 10-2. Davis won 16-3 in their recent league match against Sheldon (Sacramento, CA)
