California High School Softball - Granada bounces Liberty
March 29, 2022: Livermore, CA 94550 The crowd at Tuesday's non-league match between the Granada Matadors (Livermore, CA) and the visiting Liberty Lions (Brentwood, CA), saw Granada's softball squad achieve victory over Liberty by a count of 22-3.
The Matadors now sport a 8-1 record. They take the field next when they host Amador Valley for a match on Friday, April 1. Granada will face a Dons squad coming off a 6-0 league win over Foothill (Pleasanton, CA). The Dons record now stands at 7-1.
With the loss, Liberty falls to 1-3 on the campaign. The Lions host Carondelet (Concord, CA) to face the Cougars in a non-league match on Friday, April 8. The Cougars enter the match with a record of 5-5.
