Florida High School Lacrosse - Cypress Bay drops to Cardinal Gibbons
March 29, 2022: Weston, FL 33332 In Tuesday's non-league test, the visiting Cardinal Gibbons Chiefs lacrosse squad scored a good 15-1 victory over the Cypress Bay Lightning.
The Chiefs now have a 7-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Calvary Christian Academy for a 1A D14 test on Friday, April 1. Cardinal Gibbons will face a Eagles squad coming off a 17-5 non-league win over South Plantation (Plantation, FL). The Eagles record now stands at 3-10.
In their next game, the Lightning face the West Broward Bobcats (Pembroke Pines, FL) in a non-league test, on Thursday, March 31. Cypress Bay will attempt to move on its 3-5 season record. The Bobcats come into the test with a 5-5 record after their 15-8 non-league loss to Stoneman Douglas (Parkland, FL).
