March 29, 2024: Gainesville, TX 76240 The Wilmer-Hutchins Eagles held off the host Gainesville Leopards soccer squad by a margin of 1-0 in Friday's non-league match.
The Eagles now sport a 18-5 record. They play next when they travel to Community for a non-league match on Monday, April 1. Wilmer-Hutchins will encounter a Braves squad coming off a 5-1 non-league win over Ranchview (Irving, TX). The Braves record now stands at 16-2.
With the loss, Gainesville drops to 16-5 on the season.
