Louisiana High School Baseball - Brusly loses to St. Charles Catholic
March 29, 2025: LaPlace, LA 70068 St. Charles Catholic Comets (LaPlace, LA) fans left the game pleased Saturday as they observed their baseball squad achieve victory over the visiting Brusly Panthers (Brusly, LA), 8-5 in a non-league match.
With the triumph, St. Charles Catholic advances its record to 15-9 on the season. The Comets host Riverdale (Jefferson, LA) to battle the Rebels in a non-league match on Monday, March 31. The Rebels come into the match with a record of 12-11. Riverdale won 8-0 in their recent league match against Benjamin Franklin (New Orleans, LA)
The Panthers now have a 24-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Tara for a 4A District 6 match on Tuesday, April 1. Brusly will battle a Trojans squad coming off a 16-1 league win over Broadmoor (Baton Rouge, LA). The Trojans record now stands at 12-4.
