With the triumph, El Campo moves its record to 8-6 on the season. The Ricebirds host Columbia (West Columbia, TX) to confront the Roughnecks in a 4A Region IV District 26 contest on Friday, April 4. The Roughnecks come into the contest with a record of 12-8. Columbia lost 4-1 in their recent league contest against Sweeny (Sweeny, TX)
The Gators now possess a 10-11 record. They put it on the line next when they host Kingwood Park for a 5A Region III District 18 contest on Tuesday, April 1. West Fork will confront a Panthers squad coming off a 8-7 league win over Crosby (Crosby, TX). The Panthers record now stands at 16-5.
