The crowd at Saturday's non-league battle between the Newcastle Racers (Newcastle, OK) and the visiting El Reno Indians (El Reno, OK), saw Newcastle's baseball team get by El Reno by a tally of 11-10.

The Racers (13-1) will now prepare for their battle against Plainview (Ardmore, OK). The Indians enter the non-league battle with a 4-9 record. In their last battle, Plainview held off Dickson (Ardmore, OK), 11-0, in a league battle.

Next, the Indians face the Marshall Bears (Oklahoma City, OK) in a All-City battle, on Monday, March 31. El Reno will attempt to upgrade on its 8-2 season record. The Bears enter the battle with a 0-10 record after their 5-0 non-league loss to Northwest Classen (Oklahoma City, OK).
