Marian Catholic Spartans (Chicago Heights, IL) boosters left the game thrilled Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host St. Rita Mustangs (Chicago, IL), 2-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Marian Catholic improves its record to 1-4 on the season. The Spartans host Rich Township (Olympia Fields, IL) to encounter the Raptors in a non-league test on Tuesday, April 1. The Raptors go into the test with a record of 0-2. Rich Township lost 2-1 in their recent non-league test against Tinley Park (Tinley Park, IL)

The Mustangs now own a 0-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Sandburg for a non-league test on Monday, March 31. St. Rita will encounter a Eagles squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Lemont (Lemont, IL). The Eagles record now stands at 1-1.
