Pennsylvania High School Lacrosse - Franklin Regional tipped by Sewickley Academy
March 29, 2025: Sewickley, PA 15143 Sewickley Academy (Sewickley, PA) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Saturday as they saw their lacrosse team gain a win over the visiting Franklin Regional Panthers (Murrysville, PA), 10-8 in a non-league game.
With the victory, Sewickley Academy advances its record to 1-1 on the season. The travel to South Fayette (McDonald, PA) to play the Lions in a game on Thursday, April 3. The Lions come into the game with a record of 3-2. South Fayette won 10-5 in their recent league game against Quaker Valley (Leetsdale, PA)
The Panthers now sport a 3-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Ellis for a WPIAL 2A 1 game on Thursday, April 3. Franklin Regional will play a team coming off a 8-4 league win over Greensburg Central Catholic (Greensburg, PA). The record now stands at 1-0.
