Colorado High School Soccer - Lutheran nudges Jefferson Academy
March 29, 2025: Broomfield, CO 80020 The Lutheran Lions soccer squad scored 2 points and held the host Jefferson Academy Jaguars to 1 in the Lions non-league victory on Saturday.
The Lions now possess a 3-1 record. They play next when they travel to Mullen for a non-league bout on Tuesday, April 1. Lutheran will play a Mustangs squad coming off a 5-1 non-league win over Mountain Range (Westminster, CO). The Mustangs record now stands at 1-2.
With the loss, Jefferson Academy moves to 1-3 on the year. The Jaguars travel to Denver Christian (Denver, CO) to play the Thunder in a 3A/2A Metro bout on Tuesday, April 1. The Thunder go into the bout with a record of 2-1. Denver Christian won 4-1 in their recent non-league bout against Flatirons Academy (Westminster, CO)
