Illinois High School Soccer - Rosary toppled by Joliet Catholic
March 29, 2025: Joliet, IL 60435 Joliet Catholic Hilltoppers (Joliet, IL) boosters exited the stadium pleased Saturday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Rosary Royals (Aurora, IL), 8-0 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Joliet Catholic moves its record to 1-3 on the campaign. The Hilltoppers host Peotone (Peotone, IL) to clash with the Blue Devils in a non-league test on Monday, March 31. The Blue Devils come into the test with a record of 0-1. Peotone lost 8-1 in their recent non-league test against Bradley-Bourbonnais (Bradley, IL)
The Royals now sport a 0-3 record. They take the field next when they host Resurrection for a Chicago Catholic test on Tuesday, April 1. Rosary will clash with a Bandits team coming off a 3-2 non-league win over Maine West (Des Plaines, IL). The Bandits record now stands at 2-0.
