March 29, 2025: San Carlos, AZ 85542 In Saturday's non-league test, the San Carlos Braves (San Carlos, AZ) softball squad got by the visiting Baboquivari Warriors (Sells, AZ), by a tally of 21-20.
Next, the Braves clash with the Gilbert Classical Academy Spartans (Gilbert, AZ) in a 2A East test, on Thursday, April 3. San Carlos will attempt to advance on its 2-6 season record. The Spartans go into the test with a 0-5 record after their 27-4 league loss to Miami (Miami, AZ).
The Warriors (2-9) will now prepare for their test against Valley Union (Elfrida, AZ). The Blue Devils go into the 1A South test with a 4-4 record. In their last test, Valley Union was nudged by Fort Thomas (Fort Thomas, AZ), 26-22, in a non-league test.
