Louisiana High School Softball - West Ouachita bounces Oak Grove
March 29, 2025: West Monroe, LA 71292 The West Ouachita Chiefs softball team scored 12 runs and held the visiting Oak Grove Tigers to 5 in the Chiefs non-league win on Saturday.
The Chiefs now possess a 13-12 record. They put it on the line next when they host Choudrant for a non-league battle on Monday, March 31. West Ouachita will confront a Aggies team coming off a 7-4 non-league win over Summerfield (Summerfield, LA). The Aggies record now stands at 10-9.
With the loss, Oak Grove moves to 8-5 on the season. The Tigers travel to Delhi Charter (Delhi, LA) to confront the Gators in a 1A District 4 battle on Monday, March 31. The Gators come into the battle with a record of 10-8. Delhi Charter won 10-7 in their recent non-league battle against Forest (Forest, LA)
