Alabama High School Soccer - Hewitt-Trussville knocks off Pell City
March 3, 2022: Pell City, AL 35125 Hewitt-Trussville Huskies (Trussville, AL) fans were thrilled Thursday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the host Pell City Panthers (Pell City, AL), 9-2 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Huskies face the Gadsden City Titans (Gadsden, AL) in a 7A Area 6 challenge, on Tuesday, March 8. Hewitt-Trussville will attempt to better on its 9-2 season record. The Titans enter the challenge with a 2-2 record after their 10-0 non-league win over Fultondale (Birmingham, AL).
The Panthers now have a 3-4 record. They take the field next when they host Oxford for a 6A Area 13 challenge on Monday, March 7. Pell City will face a Yellow Jackets team coming off a 1-0 non-league win over Collinsville (Collinsville, AL). The Yellow Jackets record now stands at 5-4.
