New Mexico High School Softball - Silver bounces Cobre

The Silver Fighting Colts routed the host Cobre Indians softball squad by a count of 21-11 in Thursday's non-league battle.

The Fighting Colts (1-1) will now prepare for their battle against Pojoaque Valley (Pojoaque, NM). The Elks/Elkettes go into the non-league battle with a 0-0 record.

The Indians now sport a 0-3 record. They play next when they host Benson for a non-league battle on Saturday, March 5. Cobre will meet a Bobcats squad coming off a 23-3 league win over Pima (Pima, AZ). The Bobcats record now stands at 5-4.
