Florida High School Softball - Gateway bounces Evans
March 3, 2022: Orlando, FL 32808 Gateway Panthers (Kissimmee, FL) backers exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Evans Trojans (Orlando, FL), 23-1 in a non-league challenge.
The Panthers now own a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they host Tohopekaliga for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, March 8. Gateway will battle a Tigers squad coming off a 20-4 non-league loss to Liberty (Kissimmee, FL). The Tigers record now stands at 0-4.
With the loss, Evans falls to 1-5 on the campaign. The Trojans travel to Master's Academy (Oviedo, FL) to battle the Eagles in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, March 9. The Eagles enter the challenge with a record of 1-3. Master's Academy lost 16-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Orlando Christian Prep (Orlando, FL)
