March 3, 2022: Paris, TX 75460 The crowd at Thursday's non-league match between the North Lamar Panthers (Paris, TX) and the visiting Malakoff Tigers (Malakoff, TX), saw North Lamar's softball squad nip Malakoff by a count of 9-2.
The Panthers now sport a 1-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Lindale for a non-league match on Saturday, March 5. North Lamar will face a Eagles squad coming off a 7-5 non-league win over Mabank (Mabank, TX). The Eagles record now stands at 4-3.
With the loss, Malakoff falls to 2-3 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Tyler Legacy (Tyler, TX) to face the Raiders in a non-league match on Thursday, March 3. The Raiders enter the match with a record of 9-0. Tyler Legacy won 6-1 in their recent non-league match against Highland Park (Dallas, TX)
