Texas High School Softball - Tuloso-Midway bounces Westlake
March 3, 2022: Austin, TX 78746 Tuloso-Midway Warriors/Cherokees (Corpus Christi, TX) backers exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Westlake Chaparrals (Austin, TX), 7-2 in a non-league challenge.
The Warriors/Cherokees now own a 8-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Corpus Christi Veterans Memorial for a non-league challenge on Thursday, March 3. Tuloso-Midway will battle a Eagles squad coming off a 9-2 league win over Victoria East (Victoria, TX). The Eagles record now stands at 11-3.
With the loss, Westlake falls to 6-4 on the campaign. The Chaparrals travel to Carroll (Corpus Christi, TX) to battle the Tigers in a non-league challenge on Friday, March 4. The Tigers enter the challenge with a record of 3-5.
