Texas High School Baseball - Mt. Pleasant loses to Carthage
March 3, 2023: Carthage, TX 75633 The Carthage Bulldogs crushed the visiting Mt. Pleasant Tigers baseball team by a count of 8-0 in Friday's non-league bout.
The Bulldogs now possess a 8-2 record. They take the field next when they host Henderson for a 4A Region III District 17 bout on Tuesday, March 7. Carthage will face a Lions team coming off a 6-2 non-league win over Tyler (Tyler, TX). The Lions record now stands at 4-4.
Next, the Tigers face the Redwater Dragons (Redwater, TX) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, March 11. Mt. Pleasant will attempt to move on its 0-4 season record.
