Texas High School Baseball - West Hardin loses to Hitchcock
March 3, 2023: Hitchcock, TX 77563 The Hitchcock Bulldogs crushed the visiting West Hardin Oilers baseball team by a count of 17-5 in Friday's non-league bout.
The Bulldogs now possess a 6-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Brazos for a 3A Region III District 24 bout on Tuesday, March 7. Hitchcock will face a Cougars team coming off a 15-2 non-league loss to Little River Academy (Little River Academy, TX). The Cougars record now stands at 3-7.
Next, the Oilers face the East Chambers Buccaneers (Winnie, TX) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, March 4. West Hardin will attempt to move on its 3-2 season record. The Buccaneers enter the bout with a 0-6 record after their 7-6 non-league loss to Port Arthur Memorial (Port Arthur, TX).
