The McNeil Mavericks (Austin, TX) baseball trounced the host Rowlett Eagles (Rowlett, TX), 11-4 in Friday's non-league contest.

Coming up next, the Mavericks play the Cedar Ridge Raiders (Round Rock, TX) in a 6A Region IV District 25 contest, on Tuesday, March 7. McNeil will attempt to better on its 5-3 season record.
