March 3, 2023: Long Beach, CA 90802 The crowd at Friday's non-league bout between the Millikan Rams (Long Beach, CA) and the host St. Anthony Saints (Long Beach, CA), saw Millikan's volleyball squad beat St. Anthony by a tally of 2-0.
With the win, Millikan upgrades its record to 8-5 on the year. The Rams travel to Otay Ranch (Chula Vista, CA) to play the Mustangs in a non-league bout on Friday, March 3. The Mustangs go into the bout with a record of 7-0. Otay Ranch won 2-0 in their recent non-league bout against Helix (La Mesa, CA)
The Saints now own a 0-3 record. They play next when they host St. John Bosco for a non-league bout on Saturday, March 4. St. Anthony will play a Braves squad coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Los Alamitos (Los Alamitos, CA). The Braves record now stands at 10-1.
